This is a seasonal position from April - early November. Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Director of Housekeeping in overseeing all housekeeping operations
  • Ensure adherence to cleanliness standards and implement quality control measures
  • Train and mentor housekeeping staff on proper cleaning techniques and procedures
  • Collaborate with other departments to meet guest needs and resolve any issues
  • Manage inventory of housekeeping supplies and equipment
  • Monitor and report on housekeeping performance metrics
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure rooms and public areas meet established standards
  • Assist in the development and implementation of housekeeping policies and procedures

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role in housekeeping
  • Deep knowledge of housekeeping operations, industry best practices, and cleanliness standards
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Proficient in housekeeping software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
