This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional who is ready to take the next step in their career and play an important role in leading our Front Office team.

What You’ll Do

As Assistant Front Office Manager, you’ll be a visible leader for our guests and team members, helping ensure every stay is seamless from arrival to departure.

You will:

  • Assist in leading the daily operations of the Front Office, including Front Desk, Bell/Door, and guest services functions.
  • Support and coach Front Office team members to deliver exceptional, personalized service.
  • Serve as a leader on duty and respond confidently to guest needs, questions, and concerns.
  • Create memorable guest experiences by anticipating needs and finding thoughtful solutions.
  • Support check-in and check-out operations while ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Monitor arrivals, departures, VIP guests, special requests, and other daily operational details.
  • Partner closely with Housekeeping, Engineering, Reservations, Valet, Food & Beverage, and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Assist with training, onboarding, scheduling, performance coaching, and recognition of Front Office team members.
  • Help maintain resort service standards.
  • Review daily reports, operational communications, and guest feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Assist with resolving service recovery situations and follow through to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Promote a positive, team-oriented culture where colleagues feel supported and empowered to succeed.
  • Step in wherever needed — because in hospitality, great leaders lead by example.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who brings energy, confidence, and a genuine passion for hospitality.

You may be a great fit if you:

  • Prefer 1+ year departmental management or supervisory experience in hotel front office
  • Have a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.
  • Lead with a calm, positive, and solutions-oriented approach.
  • Are comfortable making decisions and taking ownership in a fast-paced environment.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Enjoy coaching and developing others.
  • Are highly organized and able to balance multiple priorities.
  • Have strong attention to detail and a commitment to operational excellence.
  • Are comfortable working a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
  • Have experience with hotel property management systems; knowledge of Opera is a plus.
