We're looking for a dynamic Director of Restaurant & Event Operations to lead our food & beverage team and help shape memorable guest experiences.

In this key leadership role, you'll oversee the hotel's lobby bar, banquet and event operations, driving service excellence, operational efficiency, and financial performance. You'll partner closely with culinary and hotel leadership to deliver innovative dining experiences, execute flawless events, and foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and exceptional hospitality.

What You'll Do

• Lead the daily operations of the lobby bar and banquet/event teams.
• Drive exceptional guest satisfaction through elevated service standards.
• Partner with culinary leadership to enhance food and beverage offerings and event execution.
• Recruit, coach, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
• Manage labor, revenue, expenses, and departmental budgets to achieve financial goals.
• Analyze operational and financial performance to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Collaborate with hotel leadership to create memorable programming and unique guest experiences.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4+ years of progressive food & beverage leadership experience, preferably within hotels or lifestyle hospitality.
• Proven experience leading restaurant and banquet/event operations.
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze data and develop operational strategies.
• Inspiring leadership style with a passion for coaching and developing teams.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
• Creative mindset with an eye for innovation and guest experience.
• Demonstrated success achieving operational and financial goals in a high-volume environment.
