Supervise and support daily housekeeping operations, including room attendants, public area attendants, and laundry team members
Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet Margaritaville brand standards for cleanliness and presentation
Assign daily work schedules and ensure staffing levels align with occupancy needs
Train, coach, and motivate team members to deliver consistent, high-quality service
Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring every stay feels like a worry-free getaway
Maintain inventory of linens, supplies, and equipment; report needs to management
Enforce safety, sanitation, and company policies at all times
Communicate effectively with Front Desk and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations

Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience required; supervisory experience preferred
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Attention to detail with a passion for cleanliness and guest satisfaction
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs as needed
