Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Housekeeping Manager with daily operations, scheduling, and team supervision

• Help lead, train, and motivate housekeeping team members to deliver exceptional cleanliness and service

• Conduct room and public area inspections to ensure Margaritaville standards are met

• Support inventory control of linens, amenities, and cleaning supplies

• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, turning issues into positive experiences

• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and brand standards

• Step in to manage shifts or departments as needed to keep everything running like a smooth island breeze

• Collaborate with Front Desk, Maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences

• Previous housekeeping or hospitality supervisory experience preferred

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Excellent attention to detail with a passion for cleanliness and organization
