Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for a high-profile lifestyle hotel
Drive top-line revenue growth through strong commercial strategy, market positioning, and disciplined execution

Minimum 5 years of successful General Manager experience in a full-service or lifestyle hotel
Lifestyle hotel experience is required (boutique, experiential, design-forward environments)
IHG or Kimpton experience strongly preferred
Proven ability to balance commercial acumen with operational discipline
Strong ownership-relations experience with a track record of delivering results
A visible, charismatic leader who naturally connects with guests, team members, and the local community
Passion for food & beverage, experiential programming, and placemaking
Data-driven mindset paired with creativity and bold decision-making
