An exceptional opportunity awaits an ambitious hospitality leader ready to step into — or further establish themselves in — a General Manager role. Davidson Hospitality Group is conducting a search for a General Manager to lead a highly recognizable, design-forward lifestyle hotel located in West Hollywood, CA.

This is a hands-on leadership role for a high-energy operator who thrives in lifestyle environments, values culture as much as performance, and is excited to make their mark on a well-positioned urban hotel. The property features approximately 200 guest rooms and a signature food & beverage outlet. 

We are open to:

• A first-time General Manager who is fully ready for the step, or

• A second-time General Manager seeking a high-visibility lifestyle property

Target Salary range: $190k - $210k plus bonus.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and direction for all hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and consistent service excellence

• Own the financial performance of the property, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L accountability

• Build, lead, and inspire a strong leadership team and engaged hotel culture

• Drive top-line performance through collaboration with Sales, Revenue Management, and Marketing

• Oversee the food & beverage operation, ensuring quality, profitability, and guest satisfaction

• Maintain brand standards while embracing the individuality and personality of a lifestyle hotel

• Serve as a visible leader within the hotel and local community 

• Partner with ownership and senior leadership

• Proven hotel leadership experience at the senior operations level (AGM, Hotel Manager, or General Manager)
• Lifestyle, boutique, or design-driven hotel experience strongly preferred
• Readiness to step into a first General Manager role, or experience as a second-time GM
• Strong financial and business acumen with experience managing hotel budgets and performance metrics
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, develop talent, and create a positive, engaging culture
• Experience overseeing food & beverage operations
• High energy, strong presence, and a guest-centric leadership style
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-profile urban market
