We are seeking an enthusiastic candidate who can assist with various accounting tasks, including accounts payable/data entry, daily income audit, tax reconciliation and financial reporting. As a Complex Accounting Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance, efficiency, and profitability across both locations.

Summary:

· Daily Revenue reporting

· Accounts Payable processing

· Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions

· Maintain confidentiality and adhere to accounting principles and procedures

· Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy

· Support the finance team with ad-hoc tasks as needed

· Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field preferred 

· 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance

· Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy

· Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment

· Knowledge in Microsoft excel, Lightspeed, Opera, M3, Workday, BirchStreet and Profitsword.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
