Overview

Are you a bold, strategic leader ready to make your mark in one of St. Louis’s most iconic hotels?
At The Westin St. Louis, we’re looking for a visionary General Manager who thrives on challenge, leads with purpose, and inspires teams to deliver world-class guest experiences. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll shape the hotel’s future—driving performance across rooms, food & beverage, and retail, while fostering a culture rooted in hospitality excellence.

If you’re passionate about maximizing revenue, elevating service, and strengthening community connections, this is your opportunity to lead an exceptional property and make a lasting impact in the heart of downtown St. Louis.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including guest services, sales, marketing, food & beverage, finance, and human resources.

  • Drive revenue and profitability through strategic planning, operational excellence, and hands-on leadership.

  • Cultivate a high-performing culture focused on guest satisfaction, team engagement, and accountability.

  • Actively engage in the St. Louis market to strengthen partnerships and position the hotel as a preferred destination for both business and leisure travelers.

  • Champion creative revenue initiatives—enhance F&B performance, reimagine the retail experience, and identify new profit opportunities.

  • Manage financial performance with precision; prioritize vendor relationships and maintain fiscal discipline in a tight-cash environment.

  • Collaborate with ownership and Davidson Hospitality Group senior leaders to align on strategy, goals, and long-term property success.

  • Stay ahead of market trends and lead the team to innovate and adapt in a competitive hospitality landscape.

As part of Davidson Hospitality Group, you’ll join one of the most respected and rapidly growing hospitality management companies in the nation. Our people-first culture, entrepreneurial spirit, and commitment to excellence empower leaders to succeed and grow.

This is not your average GM role—it’s a challenge, an opportunity, and a chance to transform potential into performance at one of St. Louis’s premier hotels.

Ready to Lead the Way?

If you’re energized by the idea of taking on a complex, high-visibility property and driving meaningful results, we want to hear from you!

Apply today and bring your leadership, creativity, and resilience to The Westin St. Louis—where opportunity and excellence meet.

  • Exceptional financial acumen with demonstrated success managing complex budgets and driving profitability.

  • Proven ability to inspire, develop, and lead teams to deliver extraordinary service.
