Responsibilities include interviewing, training, coaching, scheduling, and supervising a dedicated team, all while fostering a positive and high-performing workplace culture. • You’re fluent in English—reading, writing, and speaking with ease to connect with guests and teammates.
• You bring experience to the table with 2–3 years of fine dining know-how and ideally 2 years in banquet or event management.
• You’ve led teams before, with proven supervisory or management experience in a hospitality environment.
• You communicate like a pro, whether you’re chatting with guests, collaborating with colleagues, or guiding your team.
• You meet local requirements, including minimum age regulations and any necessary Food & Beverage Service Worker permits.
• You’re sharp and capable, with math, reasoning, and language skills aligned with essential hospitality operations.
