🌴 Join the Party as Our Conference Services Manager! 🍹

 

Are you ready to mix business with a splash of fun? We’re looking for a creative, detail-loving Conference Services Manager to join our Margaritaville crew! In this role, you’ll help turn ordinary gatherings into unforgettable island-inspired experiences — from the first brainstorming session to the last toast.

 

As our Conference Manager, you’ll be the key point of contact between our guests and the sales team, keeping everything smooth sailing from start to finish. You’ll coordinate meetings, banquets, and special events, making sure every detail hits that perfect Margaritaville vibe. When the unexpected happens, you’ll be there to solve problems with a smile and a frozen concoction’s worth of calm.

 

You’ll work directly with group and catering customers, coordinating room blocks, food & beverage, event spaces, and billing — all while creating those “no worries” moments our guests love.

Qualifications

  • Associate's degree and/or 2+ years of hotel event planning experience
  • 1-year food and beverage experience
  • Strong understanding of interpretation of contracts
  • Developed business communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft office
  • Present a professional appearance and confidence
  • Ability to communicate effectively with public and other Team Members
  • Strong time management skills, and ability to work under pressure
  • Experience with major Hospitality Sales CRM systems
