We are seeking an experienced and innovative Director of Food and Beverage to lead our dynamic team and oversee all culinary operations at our hotel or resort. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for managing our diverse food and beverage outlets, developing new menus, creating unique guest experiences, and ensuring exceptional service standards. The ideal candidate should have a passion for food and hospitality, a keen eye for detail, and a proven track record of success in managing multiple outlets. This role also requires an elevated understanding of large-format Banquets and Catering operations, including end-to-end event management from pre-planning through execution and post-event analysis. The Director must demonstrate deep knowledge of administrative functions, including forecasting, menu engineering, BEO creation and review, labor modeling, billing accuracy, and vendor coordination. A proven ability to lead both front- and back-of-house teams in the seamless delivery of weddings, social functions, and corporate events is essential. The position requires a hands-on approach, excellent communication, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing client needs and operational demands. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability will be required based on business volume and event scheduling.
