Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to join our Key West Historic Inns collection as part of a Task Force assignment.

 

In this role, you’ll lead and coordinate all food and beverage operations across our unique historic properties, ensuring each guest enjoys a service experience that reflects the warm and authentic spirit of Key West. Responsibilities include managing budgets, developing creative menus, maintaining inventory control, and upholding exceptional service standards that align with Davidson’s culture of “Delivering hospitality, creating value… every customer, every time.”

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in food and beverage management, ideally within a hotel or resort setting

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Ability to manage budgets and control costs

  • Proficient in menu planning and development

  • Solid understanding of inventory management and ordering procedures

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

  • ServSafe certification is a plus
