Lead, motivate, and develop a team of 7 Sales and Catering professionals.
Serve as a selling Director of Sales, actively building relationships and securing business.
Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to drive revenue and increase market share.
Focus on upscale social events and luxury catering opportunities, while also driving corporate and leisure business.
Leverage the hotel’s recent renovation to reposition and strengthen brand presence.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, industry partners, and the local community.
Identify new business opportunities and cultivate partnerships to expand reach.
