Overview

Are you a dynamic and visionary hospitality leader ready to make your mark at one of the Caribbean’s most iconic resorts? The Westin Frenchman’s Reef is seeking an accomplished General Manager to lead our world-class property, inspire a passionate team, and deliver unforgettable guest experiences.

 

As the General Manager, you will bring strategic insight, operational excellence, and genuine enthusiasm to every aspect of the business. You’ll guide the resort to achieve exceptional performance in guest satisfaction, financial results, and team engagement while upholding the distinguished standards of the Westin brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide overall leadership and direction for all hotel operations, including rooms, F&B, sales, marketing, finance, and human resources.

  • Drive strategic initiatives that maximize revenue, profitability, and market share.

  • Foster a culture of exceptional service, empowering associates to deliver memorable experiences.

  • Lead and inspire a team of department heads and associates, ensuring alignment with company values and vision.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, corporate leadership, and key business partners.

  • Monitor industry trends and competitive activity to anticipate and respond to market shifts.

  • Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense management.

  • Ensure the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance across all areas of the property.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field required.

  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in full-service luxury hotels or resorts, with proven success as a General Manager.

  • Strong financial acumen with a track record of managing complex budgets and delivering results.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills.

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to innovate, adapt, and drive performance in a competitive market.

  • Passion for delivering unparalleled guest service and creating a culture of excellence.
