Human Resources Manager – The Wave Resort & Bungalow Hotel | Long Branch, NJ
We’re looking for a dynamic Human Resources Manager to join our team at The Wave Resort and Bungalow Hotel in Long Branch, NJ. This role is perfect for a people-focused, culture-driven professional who thrives on building strong teams and creating a workplace where employees feel valued and supported.
As HR Manager, you’ll play a key role in shaping our team’s success by:
Supporting and coordinating all HR functions to attract, retain, and develop top talent
Driving a positive, inclusive culture while ensuring compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulations
Leading new hire orientations, employee relations, training, and coaching initiatives
Overseeing benefits administration, payroll processing, and maintaining personnel records
Guiding managers and team members on performance management and labor-related matters
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (hospitality experience a plus)
Strong business communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with payroll and HR systems/software
1+ years in a service-related role, in hotels or hospitality
Ability to connect with and support a diverse workforce
