Lead Paradise as General Manager – Bakers Cay Resort, Key Largo

Key Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of resort operations, including guest services, sales, marketing, finance, and HR
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives and drive profitability
Foster a culture of exceptional guest service and high employee engagement
Maintain the highest operational standards, quality controls, and service delivery
Lead and inspire a diverse team of department heads and associates
Build and maintain strong relationships with ownership, investors, and key stakeholders
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to ensure a competitive edge
Manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement revenue-generation strategies
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field
5+ years of progressive leadership experience as a General Manager in a resort
Strong financial acumen with a proven history of managing budgets, revenue, and expenses
Exceptional leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service abilities
Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Passion for delivering extraordinary guest experiences in a luxury setting
