This high-profile, selling leadership role oversees a talented team of seven professionals in Sales and Catering. We are seeking a hands-on leader who excels at building relationships, creating strategic sales plans, and driving performance through proactive selling efforts. Our property is renowned for hosting high-end social events, galas, weddings, and sophisticated corporate gatherings, making catering and events a significant focus of this role. We’re looking for a Director of Sales and Marketing with a keen eye for detail, creativity in selling, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will play a key role in taking Royal Park Hotel to the next level of success.

Lead, motivate, and develop a team of 7 Sales and Catering professionals.
Serve as a selling Director of Sales and Marketing, actively building relationships and securing business.
Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to drive revenue and increase market share.
Focus on upscale social events and luxury catering opportunities, while also driving corporate and leisure business.
Leverage the hotel’s recent renovation to reposition and strengthen brand presence.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, industry partners, and the local community.
Identify new business opportunities and cultivate partnerships to expand reach.
Collaborate with leadership to ensure sales efforts align with hotel objectives and brand standards.
