Are you ready to take the next step in your hospitality journey — with a little more island attitude? We’re searching for a highly motivated and detail-loving Assistant Front Office Manager to join our Fins Up crew! In this role, you’ll help lead our front desk team, make sure every guest gets a dose of that signature Margaritaville hospitality, and keep things running smooth when the sun goes down.

 

As our Assistant Front Office Manager, you’ll be a key player in creating laid-back luxury and unforgettable guest experiences — all while helping support your team and keep operations shipshape.

🦜 What You’ll Do:

  • Be the go-to leader for evening operations, keeping the energy high and the service seamless

  • Support the Director of Front Office in daily tasks, team management, and guest relations

  • Jump in to coach, train, and inspire your team to deliver island-style service

  • Handle guest needs and requests with a smile 

  • Keep procedures, policies, and standards on track behind the scenes

🍹 What You Bring:

  • Previous front desk or supervisory experience in hospitality (bonus points if you’ve worked in a resort!)

  • A natural leader with great communication and problem-solving skills

  • A cool head in a fast-paced environment and a passion for great guest service

  • Open availability and the flexibility to support operations when the sun sets

  • A can-do attitude and a love for good vibes, good people, and good service

Qualifications

  • Prefer 1+ year departmental management or supervisory experience in hotel front office
  • Ability to manage and lead each discipline of the department independently
  • Prior cash handling experience necessary
  • Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members
  • Computer experience required
