In this key role, you’ll help drive financial performance across two dynamic resorts, ensuring accuracy, accountability, and alignment with business goals. Reporting directly to the Complex Director of Finance, you'll collaborate closely with department leaders to support day-to-day operations and long-term financial strategy.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the daily financial operations of the resort, including accounting, payroll, purchasing, and income audit functions
• Deliver timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with corporate and regulatory standards
• Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close processes
• Monitor financial performance, offering insight and support to department heads to manage costs and maximize results
• Maintain and strengthen internal controls, ensuring full compliance with financial policies
• Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team in a collaborative, service-oriented culture
• Serve as the property liaison to the Complex Director of Finance, ensuring alignment on financial strategy and goals
• Support external and internal audits with professionalism and precision
