You will oversee the financial operations of both resorts, lead owner relations with confidence and clarity, and support department leaders in driving profitable, well-informed decisions across the organization.

What You’ll Do:

• Serve as the strategic financial leader for the complex, overseeing all aspects of finance, accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Act as the primary point of contact for ownership groups, ensuring transparency, trust, and alignment on financial performance and strategic goals
• Partner closely with the Managing Director and Regional DOF to shape and execute financial plans that support operational and long-term objectives
• Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence, integrity, and collaboration
• Ensure compliance with all internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements
• Oversee the accuracy and timeliness of financial statements, capital planning, and asset management
• Support operational departments with insightful analysis, tools, and strategies to optimize revenue and manage expenses
• Play an active role in audits, risk management, and financial systems enhancements
