Are you passionate about creating memorable experiences and love the thrill of planning every last detail? We're looking for a creative, organized, and energetic Event Planning Manager to join our team!

In this role, you'll take the lead in coordinating events from start to finish, turning ideas into extraordinary experiences. You’ll work closely with both clients and our food and beverage and sales teams to bring events to life, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes while keeping the guest experience front and center.

We are looking for someone who can oversee all aspects of event planning and execution, be on-site during events to manage logistics and troubleshoot in real-time, and guide clients through everything from room blocks and catering to meeting space setup and billing, and suggest smart, creative alternatives when things don’t go exactly as planned.

• Bachelor's degree and/or 2+ years of hotel sales experience
• 1-year food and beverage experience
• Strong understanding of negotiation and interpretation of contracts
• Developed business communication skills, both written and verbal
• Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft office
• Present a professional appearance and confidence
• Ability to communicate effectively with public and other Team Members
• Strong time management skills, and ability to work under pressure
• Experience with major Hospitality Sales CRM systems
