What You’ll Be Doing:
Lead the Show – Oversee all banquet operations from start to finish, ensuring every event is executed with excellence and a touch of flair.
Be the Maestro – Collaborate with Sales, Culinary, and Events teams to turn visions into reality, setting the stage for magical moments.
Keep It Smooth – Ensure top-notch service standards, team efficiency, and guest satisfaction.
Inspire the Crew – Train, motivate, and support a team of rockstar banquet servers and captains to shine at every event.
Think Ahead – Plan staffing, set schedules, and manage inventory.
Be the Face – Build relationships with clients, ensure every detail is just right, and leave guests raving about their experience.
What We’re Looking For:
Previous banquet/event management in a hotel or venue environment
A natural leader who thrives in fast-paced, guest-focused settings
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Flexible schedule (events don’t stick to a 9–5!)
Passion for hospitality, teamwork, and a “yes, and…” attitude
