What You Need:

• A strong HR background- Previous leadership experience and hotel background will give you step up from other candidates. (5+ years is preferred)
• To thrive on chaos- Hospitality is an ever-evolving environment. If you know how to keep teams focused and motivated during change this is the job for you.
• Exceptional Coaching and Development Skills - Experienced in training design, orientation facilitation, and service culture development
• Ability to handle the day to day- Skilled in employee relations, recruiting, coaching, payroll, and compliance
• Bilingual – Can you speak Spanish and English fluently? It is not required but would defiantly take you to the next level!
