Are you a hands-on finance professional with a passion for hospitality? We're looking for a Director of Finance to join our team and oversee the daily financial operations at our resort. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining the financial health of the property by ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and effective financial processes.

This position reports directly to the Complex Director of Finance for Westin Frenchman’s Reef and Buoy Haus, and works closely with department leaders to support operational success through sound financial management.

Summary of Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day financial operations for the property, including accounting, purchasing, payroll, and income audit functions

• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with company standards and regulatory requirements

• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close processes

• Monitor financial performance and support department heads in managing expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities

• Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with all financial policies and procedures

• Support audits and manage documentation related to financial compliance

• Supervise and develop a team of finance professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment

• Act as a key liaison between the property and the Complex Director of Finance
