Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for numbers, market trends, and unlocking a property's full revenue potential? At The Highland Dallas, a Curio Collection by Hilton hotel where sophistication meets Southern hospitality, we’re looking for a Director of Revenue Management who thrives on challenge, leads with data, and drives results.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and inspire our revenue management function with strategy and energy.
  • Develop and execute pricing, inventory, and distribution strategies to drive top-line growth and profitability.
  • Analyze market conditions, comp set performance, and internal data to identify trends and revenue opportunities.
  • Maximize room revenue through effective use of forecasting tools, pricing systems, and demand models.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to align goals and build high-impact promotions and packages.
  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance and adjust tactics as needed.
  • Facilitate regular revenue meetings and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive shifts to ensure we’re always one step ahead.
  • Approximately 25% travel required for property-related meetings and strategy sessions.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3+ years of progressive revenue management experience, preferably in the hospitality sector.
  • Proven leadership or managerial background.
  • Strong command of hotel distribution strategies and sales concepts.
  • Proficiency with industry CRM and RMS platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with a keen eye for identifying trends, gaps, and opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to multitask, pivot quickly, and stay focused in a fast-paced environment.
  • A polished, professional presence and a genuine passion for hospitality.
