Summary:

  • Lead the sales efforts in the hospitality industry to achieve revenue goals and exceed targets

  • Conduct sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals

Qualifications

Experience:

  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in hotel sales with a proven track record of success in sales.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and cultivating customer relationships.
  • Proficient in Delphi, Salesforce, and other industry-standard sales tracking tools.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of the hotel industry and market trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and hotel sales software (e.g., Delphi/Salesforce).
