Overview

Are you a strategic and results-driven sales and marketing leader with a passion for luxury hospitality? Join The Don CeSar & Beach House Suites as our Complex Director of Sales & Marketing and take the lead in driving revenue, expanding market share, and creating unforgettable guest experiences at one of Florida’s most iconic resorts.

 

In this high-impact role, you will develop and execute innovative sales and marketing strategies to position our legendary beachfront properties as top destinations for leisure travelers, corporate groups, and event planners. Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of progressive hotel sales experience, preferably in luxury or resort settings.
  • 2+ years of leadership experience in hotel sales, with a proven track record of success.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to maximize revenue.
  • Established relationships within the travel, corporate, and agency communities.
  • Strong negotiation, contract interpretation, and business communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and major hospitality CRM systems (e.g., Delphi, CI/TY).
  • A confident, professional presence with strong leadership and presentation skills.
