The Wave Resort & Bungalow Hotel in New Jersey is seeking an experienced Area General Manager to take the helm of our premier waterfront properties. If you thrive in a fast-paced, guest-centric environment and have a proven track record in luxury hotel management, we want you on our team!

What You’ll Do:

• Lead all aspects of hotel operations, including guest services, sales, marketing, finance, and HR.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
• Cultivate a culture of exceptional service, employee engagement, and operational excellence.
• Implement high standards for quality, efficiency, and guest experience.
• Inspire and lead a diverse team, fostering collaboration and growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with ownership, stakeholders, and the community.
• Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activity, and industry innovations.
• Oversee budgets, financial performance, and revenue strategies to ensure business success.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience as a General Manager in a resort.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.
• Strong financial acumen with a track record of managing budgets and driving revenue growth.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
• A strategic thinker with a passion for delivering unforgettable guest experiences.
• Ability to work closely with ownership and corporate leadership to achieve business goals.
