The Food & Beverage Director of Internal Outlets oversees assigned formal dining outlets, fast casual outlets, In room dining, lounges, banquets and catering operations in a multi-outlet property. Hires, manages and assesses staff. Creates and reviews restaurant sales plans and develops and maintains budgets. Assess team knowledge and develop training plans to ensure high service standards. Ensures compliance with all applicable laws.

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience   
• Minimum 4 years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably hotel
• Ability to interpret financial and operational data into operational plan
• Ability to lead and direct a team
• Time management skills
• Negotiation skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members
• Ability to work extended hours when business necessitates
