Overview

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Director of Food and Beverage to lead our dynamic opening team and oversee all culinary operations at our resort. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for managing our diverse food and beverage outlets, developing new menus, creating unique guest experiences, and ensuring exceptional service standards. The ideal candidate should have a passion for food and hospitality, a keen eye for detail, and a proven track record of success in managing multiple outlets. Qualifications

 

  • 4+ years of experience in food and beverage management, hotels required
  • Ability to interpret financial and operational data into operational plan
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Ability to create and execute unique food and beverage concepts.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets and achieve financial targets.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences.
