The Multi-Outlet Food & Beverage General Manager will play a key leadership role in shaping the dining experiences at The Sunny, a newly reimagined property designed to deliver elevated hospitality in a vibrant oceanfront setting. Overseeing multiple venues, including the iconic Sandbar perched above the Atlantic, you will set the tone for exceptional service, innovative offerings, and unforgettable guest experiences.

As we transition into The Sunny, you will be at the forefront of aligning our food and beverage outlets with the property’s new vision. This includes curating unique concepts, ensuring smooth operational execution, and building a team that embodies our commitment to excellence. From creating memorable moments for our guests to driving operational success, you’ll be a vital part of establishing The Sunny as a premier destination in Sunny Isles Beach.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Contribute to The Sunny’s Story: Be a key player in establishing The Sunny as the go-to destination for locals and travelers by enhancing the guest journey and building a standout reputation in the market.
• Lead with Vision: Oversee all food and beverage outlets, ensuring each reflects the unique personality of The Sunny, including the dynamic Sandbar and other on-site venues.
• Drive Excellence: Implement and uphold operational standards that deliver exceptional guest experiences, maintaining consistency across all outlets.
• Inspire and Develop Teams: Recruit, train, and mentor a passionate team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and guest-focused service.
• Ensure Financial Success: Manage budgets, control costs, and drive revenue growth through creative initiatives, efficient operations, and an eye for profitability.
• Curate Memorable Experiences: Collaborate with culinary and beverage teams to develop menus and concepts that celebrate our vibrant oceanfront location.
• Operational Oversight: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and cleanliness standards while keeping everything running seamlessly.

What We’re Looking For:

• A seasoned food and beverage professional with proven success managing multiple outlets, preferably in a resort or high-volume setting.
• A natural storyteller who understands how to craft memorable guest experiences and bring The Sunny’s vision to life through food, drink, and service.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and develop diverse teams while fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
• A creative thinker with a passion for innovation in menu development, service style, and guest engagement
