Responsibilities

  • Lead the revenue management team, overseeing all aspects of revenue optimization.
  • Develop and implement strategic pricing models to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive data, and customer demand to inform pricing decisions.
  • Utilize revenue management tools and systems to forecast demand and optimize inventory.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create targeted promotions and packages.
  • Monitor revenue performance, identify opportunities, and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Conduct regular revenue meetings, providing guidance and insights to the team.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in a revenue management role.
  • Previous supervisory or managerial experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with team members and guests.
  • Deep understanding of hotel sales and distribution channels.
  • Proficiency in major hospitality sales CRM systems.
  • Analytical skills essential for identifying revenue opportunities and shortfalls.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively to achieve goals.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
