We are looking for a finance guru to lead the financial heartbeat of our vibrant resort. Margaritaville Kansas City is looking for a dynamic Director of Finance to steer our financial operations, drive profitability, and support our laid-back, yet high-performing team.

What You’ll Do:

- Oversee all financial operations, from budgeting to forecasting

- Craft smart financial strategies to boost revenue and profits

- Provide insights to senior management for key decision-making

- Monitor financial performance and identify areas for growth

- Ensure compliance with regulations and internal controls

- Lead and inspire a talented finance team

What We’re Looking For:

- Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field (or equivalent experience)

- 5+ years in a finance leadership role, ideally in hospitality

- Strong financial analysis, accounting, and reporting skills

- Proficiency in financial systems and software

- Strategic mindset and excellent leadership abilities

- Great communication and presentation skills
