What You'll Do:
- Lead HR functions like recruitment, talent management, employee relations, and HR programs.
- Develop creative strategies to bring in and retain the best talent.
- Drive employee engagement and help foster a positive, island-vibe culture.
- Ensure HR compliance with all employment laws.
- Implement performance and recognition programs that inspire and motivate.
- Work closely with senior leadership to align HR with company goals.
- Be a go-to resource for managers and employees on all things HR.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of HR experience (hotel experience required).
- Strong communicator with a deep understanding of employment laws.
- Skilled in recruiting, retention, and performance management.
- HR certification (SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP) preferred.
