Qualifications

  • Proven Experience: 5+ years in IT leadership, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Tech Proficiency: Strong knowledge of hotel systems, PMS, POS, and emerging tech trends.
  • Team Leadership: Successful track record of leading and motivating IT teams.
  • Cybersecurity Acumen: Deep understanding of cybersecurity protocols and best practices.
  • Strategic Thinker: Ability to align IT initiatives with overall business goals.
  • Vendor Management: Experience in negotiating and managing relationships with tech vendors.
  • Budget Management: Demonstrated ability to manage IT budgets effectively.
  • Excellent Communication: Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
