Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and train the garage and valet staff, providing guidance and support
  • Monitor and maintain parking areas, ensuring cleanliness and organization
  • Coordinate and prioritize vehicle parking and retrieval to ensure efficiency
  • Address guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Implement and enforce parking and traffic regulations to ensure safety and security
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of parking equipment and vehicles
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Assist the Garage/Valet Manager in managing budgets, scheduling, and performance evaluations

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience in garage or valet operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role preferred
  • Strong customer service skills and a genuine desire to exceed guest expectations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain calm and make effective decisions in high-pressure situations
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in using parking management systems and technology
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
