Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Hospitality, or related field preferred
  • Proven experience in a security management role, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Strong knowledge of security systems, protocols, and emergency procedures
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations
  • Proficiency in using security equipment and software
  • Knowledge of local laws and regulations pertaining to security
  • First Aid/CPR certification and training in crisis management is an asset
